I deliver thoughtfully designed, results-driven Pilates classes that prioritise strength, control, and body awareness. Each session is approached with care and precision, adapting to your experience, physical needs, and personal goals.

With small class sizes, each session is carefully tailored to individual needs, so whether you’re looking to increase core strength, reconnect with your body, or support rehabilitation, I’ll work with you to ensure correct technique and confident progress.

My studio is cosy and offers a welcoming, supportive environment where rehabilitation and strength work seamlessly come together.
